ABOUT
Opening this Spring, YEZI Restaurant & Bar brings a social fine dining experience inspired by the traditional Asian teahouse style of informal eating, drinking & socialising to Rome. The space is adorned with artwork by renowned Roman contemporary artist Pietro Ruffo, named Italy’s Artist of the Year, and interiors by Digital Space studio. This restaurant, bar and terrace is the new hotspot in the city.
From day to night, guests can expect a lively setting with a curated DJ programme and the flavours & stories of modern Asian Cuisine, mixology, the art of dim sum.
YEZI RESTAURANT
Brought to life by Concept Chef Werner Seebach and Head Chef Giordano Gianforchetti, the menu is bursting with dim sum, sashimi, yakitori & more, with speciality tasting menus as well as a whole host of signatures and seasonal specials that take guests on a culinary journey through modern Asian cuisine.
Inspired by the ancient traditional Asian teahouses, YEZI also offers an exquisite fusion of Asian-inspired flavours & traditional European patisserie craftsmanship. Bringing together the finest ingredients and meticulous techniques to create petite delicacies that are as visually stunning as they are delightful, paired with unique and unusual teas from artisan farms across Asia including an array of herbal, white, black & Pu-erh teas.
THE BAR
This is where things get a little exotic, curated by our visionary Groups Bars Manager, Alessandro Mannello & Head of Mixology Gianluca Mantovani, each drink is a tribute to the roads that brought people, flavours, and traditions to Rome, blending ingredients & inspirations from across the Empire. From the fragrant and unique spices of the Silk Road, to the robust wines of the Mediterranean, discover a bar where every sip tells a story – where history is poured into every glass, and the flavours of the past meet the artistry of the present.
THE TERRACE
This beautiful large ground floor terrace designed by Pietro Ruffo is open all day for lunch, aperitivo & dinner, ideal for basking in year-round sunshine where the azulejos represent the sky above Rome.
